What is the minimum order quantity for jute bags?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per design. For first orders and sample runs we can discuss smaller quantities depending on the specification.
Are your bags made in certified facilities?
Yes. Our bags are manufactured in facilities certified to GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and GRS (Global Recycled Standard), and audited under SEDEX/SMETA for ethical trade. Trenova Exim LLP is D&B verified, DUNS number 771819411. Certificate details and scope for your specific order can be shared on request.
Can bags be made to a custom size and printed with our logo?
Yes. We manufacture to your specification — size, fabric, GSM, colour, handle type, lamination and print. Screen printing, multi-colour printing, embroidery and woven labels are all available. You can preview your own logo on our bags in the Mockup Studio.
Which countries does Trenova Exim export to?
We export worldwide from Kolkata, India, and ship to any country you require. Our established markets include the USA, UK, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, the Middle East and Australia — and we open new markets on request.
What is the difference between cotton bags and canvas bags?
Canvas is cotton — the same fibre woven heavier. We use lighter cotton for printed tote bags and shoppers, and heavier canvas (higher GSM) where the bag needs to carry weight, hold its shape or last through repeated use. Both are made in our own unit, in any size, colour and print you specify.
How long does production take?
Samples are typically ready within 7 days of approved artwork. Bulk production usually takes 30 to 45 days depending on quantity, fabric availability and print complexity.
Does Trenova Exim handle export documentation?
Yes. We handle the complete export process including invoicing, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping documentation and coordination with freight forwarders.
