Can you make a bag from my sketch or sample?
Yes. Send a drawing, photo or physical sample with the size and quantity. We confirm the specification, make a sample and only start bulk production once you approve it.
Will my brand appear on the bags, not yours?
Yes. For private label we apply your label, hang tag and packaging. There is no Trenova branding unless you ask for it.
What is the minimum order for custom bags?
Our standard minimum is 1,000 pieces per design. For first orders and sample runs we can discuss smaller quantities depending on the specification.
How long does custom development take?
Sampling is typically 7 days from approved artwork, and bulk production 30 to 45 days. Complex new patterns may need an extra sampling round.
